What services does Twisted Wrench offer?


We provide comprehensive automotive repair services and maintenance, including diagnostics, brake repairs, oil changes, tire changes, engine work, and fleet maintenance for both individual and commercial clients.

Does Twisted Wrench perform Vermont State inspections?

We do! Twisted Wrench is a certified state inspection station. We follow all DMV safety and emissions regulations. Our inspection fee is $70 pass or fail.

Do you work with fleet accounts?


Yes, we offer ongoing maintenance and repair services for fleet accounts, helping businesses keep their vehicles in top condition.

How long has Twisted Wrench been in business?


Twisted Wrench has been proudly serving the community for over 25 years, providing expert automotive repair with a focus on quality, transparency, and customer care. Our motto is 'You can get it straight from Twisted Wrench'

Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?


We use a combination of OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and high-quality aftermarket parts, depending on your vehicle’s needs and your preferences.

How do I schedule an appointment?


You can schedule an appointment online through the link on google or on our main website page or by calling our shop directly during business hours.

What is your labor rate?


As of August 2025, our labor rate is $125. This is subject to change.

Do I have to go to the dealer for my new car?

No, there is no reason to bring your new car to a dealer for basic maintenance and repairs except for preference. There are some exceptions, all free manufacturer warranty work can only be performed at a dealer. 

 
Does Twisted Wrench do body work?


No, we do not do body work. Give us a call and we can recommend our favorite shops.

What type of payments does Twisted Wrench accept?


We accept cash, debit and credit cards and checks. We currently do not offer a payment plan. We do partner with synchrony to offer a credit card that has interest free options. We do not charge any service fees for debit or credit card use.

What kind of vehicles do you work on?


We work on all makes and models. Passenger cars, trucks, hybrid and even electric vehicles. We specialize in Toyota, Honda, and Subaru. There may be some vehicles that we turn away due to lack of experience. 

Do you accept customer provided parts?


We do! We allow our customers to provide their own parts for various reasons. Customer provided parts are installed at an increased labor rate, $150/hour, and if the part is wrong we will charge a bay fee for how long it holds up our lift.
